1. Strict Limited-Run Policy
Due to the highly exclusive nature and extremely limited stock of our drops, we do not offer size exchanges. Once an item sells out, we have no replacement inventory. We strongly advise referencing our detailed product measurements and size guides before finalizing your purchase.
2. Return Window
You have a 7-day window from the date of delivery to request a return on eligible items. Return requests submitted after this 7-day period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Product Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund or store credit, returned merchandise must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in the exact original condition it was delivered.
- All product tags, brand labels, stickers, and tags must remain securely attached.
- The item must be returned inside its original custom packaging box and dust bags.
- There must be no traces of perfume, makeup, smoke, deodorants, or signs of wear.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, email us at support@boohumuredux.com with your order number, contact details, and clear images of the product. Once our team approves the return request, we will schedule a reverse pickup or provide you with specific drop-off instructions.
5. Refunds & Processing Timelines
Upon receiving your returned package, it will undergo a complete quality check at our warehouse. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 3 business days of receipt.
Approved refunds will be processed immediately back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via store credit or direct bank transfer.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Gift Cards.
- Sale items or purchases made during promotional clearance events.
- Customized, tailored, or customized accessories.
